The devil, and the consumers desire, are in the details. Most would want you to follow the trail of pure numbers, but in the vast majority of homes I have seen, shot, and helped market - the true soul of a home lies in its nuances. Square footage provides the backbone the aesthetics live on and my job has been to come in and make sure visuals lead the heart, while the numbers satisfy the mind. For a time I curated portfolios for custom home builders, hardbound books for them to use with their potential clients showcasing the craft and artistry of homebuilding that complimented their other marketing efforts.
